Hiring Experienced Excavation Labor/Helper
Rubicon Homes now interviewing and hiring for an experienced General Excavation labor/helper to join our team.
Required job duties for this position but not limited to:
- Site Cleanup/organize lumber returns.
- Assist Site Supervisor on final cleanup/Punch List items.
- Help with Concrete Crew when needed.
- Help with Foundation dig out.
- Help with Backfilling around foundation.
- Installation of footing drains, storm pipe and sewer line / public utilities.
- Final site grading for landscape prep.
- Help Install of Landscape materials.
- Able to lift 50lb.
- Take and understand directions and good problem solving skills.
In general we're looking for a well-rounded / multi-skilled individual to join our team. We are a full General Contractor/ Home Builder that does multiple phases of the project in house. The more skilled you are in all phases of the construction of new houses the more helpful it will be.
Other required items: current driver’s license with insurance, clean driving record to drive company trucks to pull trailer if needed. A CDL would be helpful but not required. Reliable transportation to and from jobs. Job references upon request.
