Field Technician

Under general supervision of the Operations Manager/Project Manager, Field Technician will repair foundations and apply epoxy, waterproofing, sealant, or other liquid products both on horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces. Build, train, supervise and mentor front line field employees to engage them in a fast paced, productive, and fun work environment. Field Technician will apply their skills as necessary to perform quality work on time and at or under budget.
Duties and Responsibilities
Construction Industry experience is preferred.
Knowledge of foundation repair and applying surface coatings is preferred
Experience in grinding concrete, cutting concrete, and breaking concrete a plus.
Install epoxies and other liquid products on foundation walls, floors, and other larger flat surfaces.
Climb ladders, dig using hand tools and mini excavator, and haul material.
Painting, paint prep including sanding, caulking, and priming.
Work in confined areas such as crawl spaces.
Operate paint pumps.
Basic carpentry for forms and finishing.
Communicate with the Project Manager on progress at the job site.
Keep clean and organized job sites.
Maintain good working relationships with all company employees.
Safety and Requirements
Keep all job sites clean and in order.
Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures.
Valid State issued driver’s license and use of vehicle to arrive at office.

Essential Requirements
Dexterity of hands to perform the tasks required of the position. ·
Sight in order to be aware of hazards and dangers found in the nature of the work.
Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions.
Climb ladders of varying heights.
Lift moderate to heavy objects up to 100 lbs.
