Unique Compensation:
Earn an hourly wage plus a flat rate bonus.
The more flat rate hours billed as a team, the bigger the bonus pool to be shared in % of what you pesonally completed.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend repairs.
Perform inspections with tablet- identifying customers needs now and needs in the future
Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Utilize hand and power tools to execute repairs on various automotive systems, including powertrains and electrical components.
Must have at least 5 years experience in a shop to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 44 per week
