THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL:
Have a clean professional appearance. Be highly skilled, very organized, very reliable. Have a positive attitude, take pride in their work, and have a high attention to detail.
Be Reliable - Punctuality and consistency are essential.
Be able to work with other team members and follow direction, even under pressure.
Have Physical Stamina: Able to stand, bend, get in and out of vehicles, and have the endurance to work for extended periods.
Utilize special tools, various cleaning equipment and specific cleaning processes to thoroughly clean and polish interiors and exteriors of various types of vehicles.
Have a high level of experience with interior and exterior detailing including: machine waxing, machine polishing and swirl removal, applying protective coatings to enhance shine and durability, engine degreasing, shampoo and extraction of fabrics, cleaning and conditioning of leather seating and trim, water spot removal, and other advanced detailing techniques.
Use friendly, professional communication and listening skills while communicating with customers and fellow team members.
Work closely with Service Consultants to coordinate and adapt as needed to complete the customers vehicles as the workday progresses.
Operate all vehicle types, manual transmission, electric vehicles and trucks in and out of shop and parking areas.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe workspace.
To be considered for this position you must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
