Job Summary
The Tech Intern will be responsible for assisting end users and non-technical staff, monitoring technical support requests, and completing tasks as assigned by technology team and supervisor.
Responsibilities
Help users with password resets
Listen to user issues and ask questions
Figure out the scope of an issue/how many workstations are affected
Report findings to technology team, and work together to solve issues
Setup workstations with monitors and peripherals
Work with technology team to determine ticket priority
Ability to return phone calls and emails in a timely manner
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be enrolled or graduated at a college/university with a major in technology related field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, etc.) with a minimum GPA of 2.5
Ability to work well with people
Must clearly speak, understand, and write in English
Ability to follow and demonstrate our drug-free workplace policy
Ability to return phone calls and emails in a timely manner
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and time management
