The Job:
1.Meet with our leads on site, evaluate their needs, and sell our service.
2.Send work proposals to potential clients alongside reports of your findings.
3.Network with our strategic partners, property managers, real estate agents, and general contractors to increase our brand awareness.
4.Nurture leads to increase close rates and production.
5.Assemble door knocking teams to conquer neighborhoods and increase your lead flow.
6.Place yard signs around Whatcom and Skagit county to increase lead flow.
7.Attend one networking group meeting per week such as BNI or ROI.
Pay:
- Non returnable draws against commission
- Draw equals hours worked at $16.50/hr
- 10% Commission for first time jobs with prospects you obtain
- 5% Commission for jobs booked with your prospects within one year of initial service
- Mt. Baker Window Cleaning Co. owns full rights to all sales after one year
- Example: 1 Month w/ $65,000 in sales = $6,500 at 10% commission
