State Street Motors is looking for Automotive Sales Rep to join our sales team!
We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a background in car sales and a strong work ethic! We are seeking individuals who are reliable, detail oriented, can work independently and are ready to grow in our fast-paced dealership!
Work Schedule: 6 days' work week
Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
Answer customer internet inquiries by both email and phone.
Schedule sales/service appointments and reschedule no-show customers.
Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects
Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase
Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of used vehicles.
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Automotive Sales Consultant Qualifications
2 years in car sales experience is highly preferred
Spanish & English Bilingual is a HUGE PLUS
Must have customer service experience
Valid driver's license
Positive attitude and demeanor
Strong listening and verbal communication skills
Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals
Strong phone skills and computer skills
