Who we are:
Pacific Coast Athletics produces sports publications (physical and digital) for high schools primarily throughout Washington State. We sell effective advertisements to local businesses and organizations. Our team donates thousands a year to our partnered local high school athletic departments for needed equipment, travel funds and officiating costs. We are looking for positive-minded, money-motivated individuals to fill our open Account Manager / Sales Associate positions.
Responsibilities of the Account Manager / Sales Associate:
The account manager position consists of contacting businesses via phone, email and social media to purchase a sponsorship ad in their local high school’s sports publication.
Once an account is established, it remains yours to maintain their business and re-sign agreements.
Sales Representatives must build and maintain a sales pipeline.
Maintain current accounts and up-sell.
Day to Day:
Pursue prospects via inside sales activities.
Find decision makers and sell.
The majority of the day will be selling over the phone to new and existing clients.

Phone training sessions
Shadow our top reps
Leads provided, as well as freedom to find own leads
House accounts distributed (we have too many to contact)
Pay:
This is a performance-based commission only sales position with UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL!
Paid training bonus after 1st sale
Per converted lead bonuses
Monday – Friday 9:00am-4:00pm PST
Full time 40 Plus hours a week
Part time 20 plus hours a week
No weekends
Daily/weekly/monthly SPIFFS contests
Sales team lead opportunity
What you need:
