Job Description:
As a Commission-Based Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving sales. This role offers significant earning potential with commissions ranging from 5% to 10% on initial sales, PLUS additional bonuses and a lower ONGOING COMMISSION FOR THE LIFE OF EACH CLIENT you bring in. You read that correctly, if you bring in a new client that stays with the company for a year, you earn commission on every single service performed for them throughout that year. Additionally, you can earn from clients brought in by any other sales representatives you refer, allowing you the potential to create your own financial freedom!
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients through various channels.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients so they stay being clients.
Present our cleaning services to potential clients by responding to quote requests with personal walk-throughs.
Close sales easily by directing the potential client to our booking process and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Bring your existing clients to our company and earn ongoing commissions immediately.
Encourage and support other cleaners to bring in clients, ensuring continuous work availability at our higher pay rate.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or professional cleaning, preferably in the service industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client locations.
Compensation:
Earn 5% - 10% commission on initial sales (These rates are for a limited time and number of Sales Representatives)
Receive a lower ongoing commission for the life of each client, providing potential for semi-passive income (to be discussed in interview process).
Additional bonuses for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
