This is a hybrid remote position. Most of the work will be completed in remote home office with occasional team and cohort meetings throughout the service region. We are especially seeking candidates from Whatcom, Snohomish, Island, and San Juan counties.

POSITION SUMMARY

The IT Systems & Security Manager is a technical professional responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of North Sound ACH’s IT infrastructure, with a particular emphasis on ensuring the security of that infrastructure. This involves monitoring and responding to security incidents and threats, implementing security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry and government regulations, and conducting regular security audits and risk assessments. This position will serve an integral role in the development and maintenance for the North Sound Community Hub’s primary software application which is used to document all aspects of the program track and manage referral service data.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 3 years experience in information and system technology and/or data system management, experience in healthcare and/or social service settings preferred.

Relevant certifications such as CompTIAA Security+, CySA+, Certified in Healthcare Privacy and Security (CHPS), or Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) are a plus, but not required.

Demonstrated experience working with SaaS vendors, macOS, and cloud-based solutions.

Years of experience with North Sound ACH will be given preference when considering experience of candidates; and

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or business administration may be considered in place of experience.

PAY & BENEFITS

Pay: Full-time, exempt annual salary of $75,483-$102,122 depending on experience
