Helpdesk Intern

Paid internship, 20 hours per week, flexible around your class schedule. Pay Range $22.84/hour.

Description of duties: This position is to provide support to SPIE staff by troubleshooting desktop/laptop software and hardware problems in a responsive and customer service-oriented fashion. The successful candidate will work individually and as part of a team to evaluate and resolve customer issues in timely manner. Work will include hardware/software troubleshooting, Asset management, ticket escalation, network troubleshooting, and support of ongoing projects.

Education & Experience/Accomplishment Requirements: Current college students only please. Troubleshooting computer issues with a customer service focus. Manage the deployment of multiple systems within an enterprise environment. Continuously update documentation and procedures. Computer science, Information Technology, students preferred.
