As a specialist in packing, shipping, notaries, mailbox services, and printing, you will assist customers with their diverse needs, ensuring each interaction is efficient and exceeds expectations. Duties:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Provide information about products and services offered.
- Assist customers in determining the best shipping methods and packing solutions.
- Process shipments accurately and efficiently using UPS shipping systems.
- Manage mailbox services, including package receipts and mail forwarding.
- Operate printing equipment to fulfill customer orders for documents, flyers, business cards. etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications:
- Open availability is required
- Must be available to work Saturday & Sundays.
- Must be 18+
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Must be capable of lifting more than 20 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail- oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
