We’re looking for dependable, motivated, and proactive Assistant Managers to join our convenience store team. This role is ideal for someone who can take initiative, think on their feet, and keep daily operations running smoothly without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and operate the digital POS (Point of Sale) system
Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and product orders
Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
Deliver excellent customer service and handle issues with professionalism
Lead and support team members during shifts
Maintain store standards for cleanliness, safety, and organization
What We’re Looking For:
Solid judgment, reliability, and the ability to work independently
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Basic computer and technology proficiency
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Prior retail or management experience preferred, but not required
