Farmers Equipment Company is a full-service agricultural and material handling equipment dealership with locations in both Lynden and Burlington, representing Case IH, TYM, Komatsu, Krone, Oxbo and more. We currently have an opening for a Territory Parts Sales Representative to join our team to assist customers with their agricultural and construction equipment needs. The role is based out of our Lynden location.
Primary responsibilities:
Maintaining and building customer base through exceptional customer service
Making sales calls resulting in positive revenue for the Company
Pulling product and delivering to customers
Completing POs and orders for parts purchased
Requirements:
Broad knowledge of agricultural industry and equipment
Working knowledge of customer base and their needs
Ability to effectively schedule sales route to optimize efficiency
Clear driving record with the ability to operate company vehicle to make sales calls and deliver product to local farms and customers
Effective communication skills for working with a diverse customer base
Proven ability to work autonomously to achieve sales objectives while also working with team members to achieve common goals
Exceptional dependability with the flexibility to work hours necessary to meet seasonal business needs and periodic on-call requests
Strong detail orientation
Ability to successfully operate applicable business systems
