Have you ever listed on eBay before? Do you have a lot of experience working the eBay site - listing, not buying:)… Or, not much at all but learn very quickly, types/spells well, and can work at a desk for an extended period of time with no physical issues?
We are a smaller family owned eBay company that has been part of the eBay community since 2000. We have a very good reputation with eBay itself and our buyers. It’s very important for us to keep that reputation which leads me to explain why we are looking for that right person to join our small family team.
We are looking for an individual who can work independently and in a small group setting. One that can do several different tasks during the day which would include packaging items to be shipped out, answering eBay questions throughout the day, and listing new items on the eBay platform.
The most important attributes we are looking for is a great/friendly attitude, honesty, reliability, and trust. If you don’t have “all” of those, please don’t apply as those are must haves for this position we are offering. Also, we have a VERY drama-free & drug-free work place. If those are in your life, please don’t apply. A full background check will be required for consideration of employment.
Starting wage depends on the experience level you have. It will not be lower that $18.00/hr but we are happy to start higher if your experience/references drives that. We do offer quarterly bonuses if goals are met, sick time, and vacation. For that right person that shows that they learn quickly and can deliver results with very few errors, pay raises will come sooner than later. We need someone to work full time, Monday through Friday (no weekends) and show up each day with a smile and ready to enjoy the day. We will give that to you too. Enjoying what we all do is very important to us.
