We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient property management, maintain tenant satisfaction, and uphold property values.
Duties:
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with maintenance team
- Coordinate and find vendors to service the properties needs
- Enforce lease agreements and property rules
- Oversee rent collection and financial operations
- Prepare and maintain property records and reports
-Input Invoices
- Lead the leasing agents day to day,
- Spearhead property operations, leasing operations and maintenance
-Serve Notices for Delinquencies and a great understanding of the Laws and Fair housing laws
Qualifications:
- Experience in property management or related field
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes
- Familiarity with Appfolio or similar property management software
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and laws
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with tenants and vendors
- Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to tenants
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus
-Bilingual is a Plus (Spanish)
