What’s in it for you:

The Talbot Group offers a comprehensive compensation and benefit package including medical, dental, profit sharing, and four weeks of vacation. The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $120K-$140K.

About the role:

The Director of Operations is responsible for operations, improvements, and long-term maintenance of Talbot’s assets and the common areas within Barkley Village:

Manage a team of in-house staff, vendors, and consultants manage the maintenance and repair of tenant premises, buildings, and site improvements including landscape and hardscape, to a “Class A” level of quality.

Oversee capital projects and tenant improvements for all existing buildings and common areas.

Administer lease terms to maintain the appearance and operations of premises, buildings, parking, and security.

Develop and manage property budgets, including forecasting, variance analysis, and allocations for cost recovery.

Oversee procurement of equipment, material, and services, including vendor selection and management.

Required qualifications:

Significant work experience (10+ years preferred) in property management, facilities maintenance, or building engineering.

Work experience (5+ years preferred) managing personnel.

Strong written communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and general computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
