Established Bellingham Property Management company is seeking a full-time Assistant Association Property Manager. We are looking for a smart, capable, highly motivated individual with 2+ years of related experience.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting the Association Property Manager with:
-Schedule Planned Maintenance for association common areas
-Prepare varied correspondence
-Respond to Corrective Maintenance
-Prepare and send out association mailers
- Assist with inbound phone calls and helping association owners as needed
- Conduct Property Tours
Qualifications and requirements include:
- 2+ years related experience required
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Publisher, Word, and Excel
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organized with a high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent phone skills and customer service
- Must be honest, hardworking team player able to multitask, prioritize duties and projects to meet deadlines
- Must be able to excel in a fast paced environment

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm.
Benefits: Fuel Reimbursement, Paid Holidays after first month of employment, five vacation days 1st year/10 days 2nd year, and health/vision insurance available after two months.
