Seeking a heart-centered, reliable and well-organized administrative professional to help us ‘Spread the Love’ with our pure and simple line of organic body care products known as Booda Butter! Our handmade products are sold on our website and also available in many natural food stores and locations nationwide. We are currently looking for the right person to join our team to help manage and support our amazing wholesale accounts and loyal customers.
Responsibilities include answering phones, responding to customer inquiries, entering wholesale orders, keeping account information up to date, new account setups, data entry, managing promotions, processing payments and more. Would work directly with store buyers in the body care department to help keep their shelves stocked with booda love! Must be skilled with computers, excel docs, email and able to learn and navigate multiple back-end systems and software.
Strong communication skills are important as you will be forming connections with our boodaful community and representing our health-minded brand with kindness, patience and positivity. :)
Hours: Open M-F 9-5, 25-35 hrs/wk
