Job Description:
Daily route planning & dispatching.
Maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
Staying in constant contact with Customers & Drivers to make sure scheduling is on point.
Promptly emailing customers to make sure all their questions and quote requests are answered timely each time.
Becoming an intermediary between the drivers & the company to develop a good relationship with the fleet and their needs.
General Data Entry.
Staying in Constant communication with the Customers & Drivers to avoid any issues that may arrive throughout the day.
Candidate should have the ability to troubleshoot any dispatch or customer situations arising throughout the day in a calm and sufficient manner.
Work independently, while being a part of a bigger team.
Flexibility required, while being able to manage a complex work setting that is out of visual scope.
Attention to detail while constantly multi-tasking and prioritizing .
Ability to navigate computer programs competently as well as type proficiently.
Reliable and looking for long term employment.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with our company.
