For over 17 years, Circle of Life, a caregiver-owned licensed homecare agency, has provided quality homecare services to Whatcom County. We are looking for the right person to lead our team of over 30 caregivers.Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and listening skills and a desire to contribute to a positive work environment.
Applicants must be proficient in MS Office, have a working knowledge of Quickbooks, have experience in preparing annual budgets, in meeting facilitation, and in managing healthcare workers. Our Administrator is responsible for marketing, community outreach, and all communication with the Washington State Department of Health.
This is a full-time, 35 – 40 hr. a week, Monday through Friday position. The pay rate is $30.00 an hour.
Experience in cooperatives or democratic workplaces is a plus!
