Brist Mfg., Bellingham is seeking part-time warehouse and shipping associates who need flexibility in scheduling and can commit to a variable schedule based on customer and shipping demand, between 10 - 20 hours during daytime work hours Monday - Friday. Our warehouse team is small but mighty, and we are accountable to each other and to our customers. A day in the life of the warehouse and shipping associate is non-stop and includes but is not limited to product receiving and QC, retail finishing and the preparation of custom apparel/merchandise for shipment and eCommerce fulfillment.
To qualify, you must have warehouse operations and/or shipping experience, a work history where a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is an expectation, a Lean mindset to continuously improve and deliver customer value, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly to operating systems and procedures. This position involves standing, reaching products using a ladder, lifting and moving boxes up to 50 lbs.
The hourly rate for this position is $19.50. In addition to sick time, benefits include a generous annual merchandise allowance after 90 days of employment.
