We’re a fast-moving, Fun Group of Real Estate Agents looking for someone who’s comfortable behind the lens and in the editing suite. You'll be in charge of capturing and producing high-quality media for property listings: photos, videos, walkthroughs, and 3D tours.
Core responsibilities - Photo & Video Production
Capture Real Estate photos and videos (residential, commercial, land)
Follow checklists to prepare listings for shooting and ensure full media coverage
Edit videos using Premiere Pro (or similar software) on a deadline
Handle all gear-related tasks (charging, updating, inventory, etc)
Capture and upload 3D tours via Zillow 3D app and Ricoh camera
Creative Video Content for YouTube
Bonus: Part 107 Drone Pilot License (or willingness to obtain)
Must have your own transportation to get to and from shooting sites. We are looking for someone who plans to be in Bellingham for a full year, ideal for sophomores and juniors. We do have video and camera equipment that you could use, but if you have your own professional-quality equipment you'd prefer to use, that's fine too.
We are not expecting someone to have all the skills referenced above, We have a ton of projects, let us know your skill level and let's see if we can work something out.
Hours per Week: 25-40; Mon - Fri
Part Time or Full Time - We can work together to make and manage a set schedule.
