We are hiring a full-time front desk/receptionist to join our team at Coppinger Carter, P.S. where we Advance Justice by Empowering People - our clients, our employees and our community.
We are a fun, fast-paced litigation team where you will be handling a wide variety of responsibilities including answering 4 line phone system, processing all incoming mail and email, monitoring firm calendar, greeting clients and guests, managing office supplies and kitchen needs, opening and closing of office, and providing support to legal staff as needed. Need to be proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel and Outlook – bilingual skills will put you a step above other candidates. Right candidate will have the option to work at either our Everson or Bellingham location.
Must be a dependable team player with positive attitude, confident phone skills, strong communication skills, ability to work independently with diligent attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to the craft. Prefer prior law office experience preferably with office representing plaintiffs' in personal injury, employment discrimination and insurance disputes, or with demonstrated customer service experience in applicable manner.
