Job Title: Paralegal
Location: Bellingham, Washington
Term: Part- or full time; available immediately
Starting Rate: $26- 29 DOE
Zervas Law, P.S., is a Bellingham law firm that focusses on real estate, land use, business, and estate planning/probate.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients, and attorney and other staff members
Create initial drafts of real estate transaction, entity formation/purchase and sale, and estate-planning/probate, etc.
Prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, briefs, discovery, and exhibits
Conduct legal and related research
Qualifications & Requirements:
4+ years’ experience as a Paralegal in the areas of real estate, land use, business, estates and trusts/probate, including litigation
Certification or associate degree in paralegal studies; bachelor’s degree preferred
Office administration experience, advanced skill-level of Microsoft Office, experience with QuickBooks is a plus
