A Friendly Note About Production Farming
Though we value an ecological approach to agriculture, this is not a homestead or a hobby farm. We operate in a competitive industry and our viability as a business depends on our ability to produce quality food in an efficient, and profitable manner. If you haven’t worked in a fast-paced, production-focused setting before (farm, restaurant kitchen, etc.), strong consideration is recommended prior to applying. We love teaching people about commercial agriculture though, and have no problem training hardworking, motivated individuals who are willing to commit for a full season.
