Job entails painting apartments after a tenant moves out. Also involves minor maintenance & landscaping. Willing to train the right person. There is no heavy lifting.
The right person should have attention to detail, be organized, dependable, reliable and trustworthy. Must have a valid drivers license, dependable vehicle to get to and from work and be able to pass a background check.
