The Job:
1. Meet daily in our shop/office to make game plans and pack trucks.
2. Drive to job sites around Whatcom and Skagit county.
3. Use customer service skills to WOW our amazing clients.
4. Perform top-notch services alongside crew or on your own.
5. Meet daily marketing requirements set by managers.
6. Keep trucks clean and organized.
7. Keep our shop clean and organized.
Pay:
- Percentage pay as portion of revenue produced
- 10% -18% of $1,200 - $3,000 daily
Example: Truck produces $40,000 in one month at 12.5% = $5,000
- Hourly pay for specific jobs and situations
