We are currently seeking a Supervisor to oversee janitorial services at a local fuel refinery in FERNDALE, WA. As a Site Supervisor, you will lead a team of janitors in cleaning and maintaining the site and ensuring a safe working environment and productivity for your team.
The right candidate has previous experience supervising janitorial teams (especially in a commercial, non-residential environment). We are seeking a reliable and responsible, self-motivated leader with strong customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, flexible, adaptable, and open to learning and training.
This is a full time, onsite role 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Hours may be flexible, but core hours for the role will be 1st shift between 7am – 4pm. Uniforms, including safety shoes and PPE will be provided. Local candidates are encouraged to apply, reliable transportation is needed, as this is an onsite role.
NOTE: This role will require both drug and background screening as pre-hire requirements to access the site.
