Hiring a gardener and landscaper for Strong Stems LLC.
This job is a mix of garden maintenance, garden renovation, garden installation and construction. Most weeks start with garden maintenance and different projects the second half of the week. You won’t get bored because there is something new each week. We don’t mow grass!
We are looking for someone who wants to work out in nature, be active, and learn about plants and how to care for them.
Examples of projects and work performed: weeding, pruning, planting, gravel installation, fencing, shrub removal, and mulching.
Job requirements:
Valid WA drivers license with clean driving record.
Willingness to learn plant identification and plant maintenance
Ability to keep detailed records
Ability to lift and carry 50lb
Ability to kneel, crawl, and bend for extended periods of time.
Ability to work on steep inclines.
Ability to work in varying weather.
Must wear appropriate PPE gloves, safety glasses, and boots.
Monday-Thursday 32-40hrs.
Preference to those with plant knowledge, ability to drive a trailer, use machinery and positive attitude.
Hourly wage $20
