We are currently in the market for an experienced crew leader for our grounds maintenance company. The right candidate for this position needs to be able to fulfill the following requirements.
-Be able to mow, trim, and edge residential and commercial properties at a proficient pace.
-Be able to clean flowerbeds as well as trim bushes and trees.
-Be a leader for the crew under him and be able to give clear and precise instructions in order to make the job go as smoothly as possible.
-Keep a detailed log within the work orders to make sure that billed work is accurate when sent to clients.
-Possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive a truck and mowing trailer (no CDL needed)
-Be able to clearly identify issues with jobs and explain in detail to management when an issue needs to be dealt with.
