London Health Center is seeking an organized part time LPN, RN or MA-R to join our friendly team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our physicians and clinical staff.
Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and confirm patient information.
Patient communication, answer phones, and address inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage patient medical records electronically and follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure confidentiality.
Prepare imaging and referral requisitions, lab orders, correspondence, letters, and other documents.
Vaccine administration: Washington DOH childhood vaccine program (1-3 hours per week).
Qualifications:
LPN, RN or MA-R
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in using computer systems and ability to learn electronic medical record (EMR) software.
Excellent organizational, communications , and interpersonal skills.
Ability to operate independently.
Comfortable with children.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
State vaccine program administration experience is a plus.
Familiarity with medical terminology and foreign language is a plus.
