Fairhaven Vision Clinic is looking for an optometric technician to become a member of our team. We are small 2 doctor clinic located in Fairhaven. The position is full time, Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm. The Optometric technician requires close interaction with the doctors, patients and staff. Main job responsibilities include initial patient work-up, including brief case history, chief complaint, tonometry, auto refraction, visual acuities, visual fields testing, OCT scans and retinal photography. Being a small practice occasional help is needed with patient check in, answering phones, file charts, contact lens check in and dispensing.
