Summary:
Fast-paced kitchen, candidates are proficient on the line and with prep. Hardworking, punctual, and a team player. Prep, open, swing, and closing shifts
Competitive hourly wages ($20-$23 an hour tip pool $8 average) based on experience
Duties/Skills:
-Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
-Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients
-Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
-Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
-Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
-Knows how to work a flat top and friers
-Self-motivated hard worker with the ability to work independently
-Communication, know how to work as a team, and solve problems when they arise.
-Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Preferably, you have 1-2 years of restaurant experience.
-Must have food handler's permit {serv safe certification a bonus}
-Culinary degree or certification is preferred, but not required
