Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent service to guests
Explain menu items, including food and drink options
Manage multiple tables with accuracy and efficiency
Work with the team to maintain high standards
Keep a positive and professional attitude
Requirements:
5+ years of serving experience in a busy restaurant
Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails (Cajun-Creole experience a bonus)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Reliable, team-oriented, and hardworking
Valid WA Food Handler’s Permit and MAST certification (or ability to obtain)
