Seasons open for "Rain or Shine Riviera Club" (the little, not so little, cousin to the Filling Station) local mom&pop burger joint. Owners are hands-on, both New Orleans forged Bar tenders, who know how to have a good time!
We have positive vibes and a deeply enthusiastic base kitchen crew starting off the 2024 season, and we are looking to bring on more like-minded team members ready to sling quality burgers to bass bumping tunes all summer long!
Our menu is small yet passionate, nothing but fresh ingredients, house made burgers, fried foods, and fresh grain bowls with attitude!
Our galley kitchen is built into a shipping container amongst other shipping container businesses, as a part of the ever growing "Portal of Bellingham's Container Village", near Kulsian's Trackside and the Pump Track.
We are a high volume, and fast paced, "County Fair-like" Kitchen with an Olympic sized tip pool to swim in. Historically tips can be seen above $10/hr, but have reached as high as $18/hr. TBH we'll break that record this year.
Closing line positions typically begin between 2pm and 4pm and go until close (9:30pm-10pm out) currently open Thur-Sunday, looking to open up 7days a week come June.
Fulltime or part time work available, day shifts a possibility come June. Weekend availability is a must.
Wages start at $17.28/hr and end at $19/hr.
The Riv is a seasonal gig, and historically we've closed for the season around October last two years running, for those individuals looking to stay aboard the ship our brick & mortar Filling Station would love to have you on at seasons end should you choose.
