The Filling Station is looking for full time line cooks for our Sunnyland/Alabama St location. We are seeking Breakfast line cooks who would work into the lunch time. Thursday - Sunday we open at 9am. We have shifts available starting at 8am and ending 4pm. Weekends are required. In addition to breakfast, you would be required to know the rest of the menu of burgers, fries, and salads.
We have a fast paced kitchen environment and work together as a team. Working well with other employees is a must! We are looking for someone that communicates well with both Front of house and Back of house staff and can stay cool under pressure. Applicants should be able to take direction well, execute tasks in a timely manner, have an eye for detail, and exhibit consistency in both their product and attendance. Applicants must be cooperative and willing to accept other kitchen and restaurant duties if necessary.
Duties may include but are not limited to
Cooking on Line, prepping food for next shift/day, dishes, stocking supplies, cleaning of kitchen area
Minimum 2 year of kitchen experience preferred. Must have a valid Washington State Food Handlers card. Serve Safe Certification is a plus. Must have breakfast cooking experience.
Compensation
The Filling Station offers a competitive hourly wage range is $18 to $20(DOE). Employee discounts, great tip pool and benefits (health, dental, and vision) to Full Time employees.
