Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and precision
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Contribute to a positive and productive kitchen environment
Requirements:
5+ years of line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant
Knowledge of Cajun-Creole cuisine a plus, but not required
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Valid WA Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain)
