Mix shift is 5:30am-3pm Mixing and Shaping
Currently position schedule is Wednesday-Saturday, but may be open to change
Availability on weekends required
Our bread production ranges from 150-500 loaves with 2-3 shapers/bakers each day. We are bread heads, attuned to the variation and subtle changes that impact the performance of the dough. Quality, consistency, awareness, efficiency and learning drive us in our work.
You should be capable and confident of meeting the productivity demands within a production bakery. You are an excellent communicator, have strong organizational skills, and work well independently and as part of a team. You should understand how to work efficiently, multi-task, and be clean in your work habits. You work smart, pay attention to details, and care, a lot, for the products you make. You can lift 50 pounds.
Compensation Package:
-Pay Scale is $18.30-$22.80/hour. DOE
- 4 days a week, 9.5 hour shifts
-Employees working 30+hrs/week are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision insurance after 60 days and co covers 75% of the monthly premium.
-Paid Time Off accrues per hour worked and includes:
Sick Time accrued at rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked and eligibility starts 90 days from hire.
Vacation Time at rate of 1 hour for every 50 hours worked and eligibility starts 180 days from hire.
-Simple IRA available after 6 months if over 21 years old. 3% company match.
-1 loaf of bread per shift worked. ;-)
