Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and professional Bartender and Server to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable experience. Ideal candidates are team players with a strong work ethic, the ability to multitask, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

As Bartender:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.

Check identification to verify legal drinking age.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area.

Monitor guests’ alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.

Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed.

Handle cash and process payments accurately.

As Server:

Greet guests promptly and courteously.

Take food and beverage orders and deliver them in a timely manner.

Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining or event areas.

Clear tables and assist with setup/breakdown of event spaces when necessary.

Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and event staff to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a bartender and/or server preferred.

Must be 21+ with a valid [state] alcohol server permit (e.g., MAST in Washington).

Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.

Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior.

MAST or similar responsible alcohol service certification is a plus.

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This position is essential for keeping our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness and assisting with basic food preparation tasks.

Responsibilities:

Dishwashing:

Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area

Properly dispose of waste and keep garbage areas tidy

Restock clean dishes to appropriate stations

Food Prep:

Wash, peel, chop, and prepare fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients

Assist with basic cooking tasks under the direction of the chef

Set up and break down prep stations

Label and store food properly

General:

Follow health and safety regulations and food safety standards

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Assist other kitchen staff as needed

Communicate any issues or supply shortages to the kitchen manager

Qualifications:

Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required

We are seeking a dependable and efficient Prep Cook / Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role involves preparing ingredients, setting up stations, and executing dishes during service. Ideal candidates will have strong multitasking skills, a great work ethic, and a passion for quality food.

Responsibilities:

Prep Cook Duties:

Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and instructions

Assist with bulk prep for service, events, or catering orders

Properly label, store, and rotate food items (FIFO)

Maintain a clean and organized prep station

Line Cook Duties:

Set up and stock cooking stations with necessary supplies

Cook and plate food during service to quality and speed standards

Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and plating specs

Communicate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen flow

General:

Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Clean and maintain workstations, equipment, and kitchen tools

Assist with receiving deliveries and checking inventory

Jump in wherever needed to support the kitchen team

Qualifications:

1+ year experience in a kitchen preferred (prep or line)

Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques

Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

ServSafe certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain) but at least Food Handlers Card
