Position: Bar Lead
Pay: Minimum Wage ($16.28) to start plus tips.
Qualifications:
· US work authorization (Required)
· 1-3 Years High-Volume Bartending Experience
· 1-3 Years High-Volume Server Experience
· Weekend and Holiday Availability
· Food Handlers Certification
· MAST Certification
· Working Beer Knowledge

Key Job Duties:
· Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
· Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
· Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
· Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
· Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
· Comply with all food and beverage regulations
· Welcoming diners and going through any specials, events, promos, etc.
· Learning and maintaining a working knowledge of all Twin Sisters food and drink, with a special emphasis to be put on beer.
· Taking customers’ food and drink orders.
· Working with kitchen and support staff to ensure all customers are properly taken care of.
· Assisting with cleaning, bussing, and maintenance of all dining areas.
· Setting tables and rearranging dining area to accommodate larger group.
· Performing all checklist duties at the beginning and the end of their shift.
· Handle guest complaints
· Manage staff when GM is not on site
· Complete monthly inventory counts
· Count tills and run nightly reports
· Compile liquor orders
