Description Robert Half is working with a client seeking a Contract Compliance Specialist. The Contract Compliance Analyst for a 6 month REMOTE role. Must have your California Real Estate License. Must keep their real estate license in good order and be a Member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR)● Length of term for each position. 6 months ● Start date - ASAP● Do they need to be licensed? Yes. The Contract Compliance Analyst will be responsible for the review of all contracts, addendums, notices and agreements created as a result of our representation of eXp clients and customers. The Contract Compliance Analyst will utilize Skyslope’s system or any other future system designed for this task. ● Performs initial contract review to ensure that all documentation for the “deal” has been turned in and is ready for review by the Broker and Transaction Specialists.● Effectively and promptly communicates with agents regarding deficiencies in documents and providing explanation and assistance.● Audit files and work with agents to ensure missing contract documents are received in a timely manner● Works hand-in-hand with the Managing Brokers by supporting efforts to ensure compliance.● Manage the Transactions Brokerage email inbox● Your job includes any entity, in your area, that may be assigned.● Other Duties As AssignedEducation & Experience:● High school diploma required or equivalent years of applicable experience● Bachelor’s degree preferred● 1+ years of experience in contract review● 1+ years of real estate industry experience● Active real estate license (preferably a Broker's license) with continuing education credits in real estate, management and legal compliance is strongly preferred● A keen interest in, and experience in real estate compliance activities to include a thorough knowledge and understanding of legal obligations of real estate professionals under the provincial and federal laws and in accordance with local MLS/Board Rules and Regulations● Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills across all levels of the organization● Highly collaborative and capable of working with internal partners to facilitate successful results● Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems using good judgment● Possess the highest degree of integrity● Must keep their real estate license in good order● Member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR)Requirements Real Estate License for CARobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
