Accounting Clerk

Description We are in search of a diligent Accounting Clerk to join our team in Bellingham, Massachusetts. This role primarily focuses on managing accounts payable and receivable, along with assisting in special projects. The position offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry of accounting.Responsibilities: Handle accounts payable and receivable using Microsoft Excel Conduct account reconciliation regularly to ensure accuracy Manage the processing of customer invoices effectively Assist with the execution of special projects when required Ensure accurate data entry of financial information Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed Utilize skills in billing to maintain up-to-date financial records Resolve customer inquiries relating to their accounts Process customer credit applications in a timely manner Maintain accurate customer credit records.
