We’re looking for a CAD Design Specialist to join our team and help bring architectural visions to life with precision and creativity. Payscale: $41K - $58K annual + Health & Dental Insurance options
Location: Ferndale, Washington 98248
Job Type: Full-Time, In Person
Responsibilities:
- Create and modify AutoCAD drawings with accuracy.
- Develop detailed construction and site drawings for residential projects.
- Assist in preparing grading plans using Civil 3D (preferred).
- Utilize Revit for advanced modeling tasks (preferred).
- Work with SketchUp to create visual representations of project designs.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to refine plans.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in AutoCAD and construction drafting.
- Experience in residential design and site planning.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D grading plans (preferred).
- Knowledge of Revit and SketchUp for design visualization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
