We are looking for someone to manage our Parts Department/Customer service team at a fabrication shop. The job entails Answering phones, taking orders, receiving freight, ordering and stocking inventory, packing and shipping customer orders and customer service. Basic computer skills are necessary (navigating windows apps, ups online). The job is very detail oriented and somewhat technical.
Job Duties Include but are not limited to:
M-F 7:50-4:30
Maintaining inventory visually and via Software, Min/Max on items. Stocking/Ordering items.
Purchasing and Receiving (Inventory, Parts, Raw metals/materials, Misc items)
Shipping parts to customers
Answer phones, Taking orders
Take care of walk in customers
