Customer Service Position at Moon Valley Organics
Compensation: $19-$22 DOE, plus stipend for medical benefits, vacation, sick pay and free products
Customer Care Team position is being offered at Moon Valley Organics.
This position requires someone who is professional, organized, mature, timely, and friendly.
This is a full-time position M-F 8:30am-5pm.
Skills we are looking for:
A warm and friendly demeanor with a love for Customer Service
This position requires constant communication between all departments within the company; having strong interpersonal communication skills is a must.
Self-motivated person who can work independently as well as work dynamically within a team
Excellent writing and verbal communication ability to interact with multiple customers on multiple platforms throughout the day
Attention to detail
Organized
Light bookkeeping- order taking, invoicing, processing of credits, and on occasion RMAs and UPS claims
Intermediate computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn and use new programs, software, and project task management apps (like Asana)
Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
An interest in natural products
This is a long-term position- we are looking to invest in training a qualified candidate that meets the requirements listed
