We are a third-party logistics service specializing in the transportation of cannabis products in Washington State. We provide clients with secure, dependable, and timely transport of all legal cannabis and cannabis products. We are looking for motivated people, who are customer service oriented with a desire to learn about the forever evolving 502/Marijuana Industry.
Duties would include:
Auditing and sending invoices to clients
Processing payments
Answering and directing phone calls
Communicating with clients about payment status and past due balances
Assisting with order entry
Records management/filing
Working closely with our dispatch team
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar accounting role preferred
Proficiency with Google Docs, Excel and Word
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Able to deliver exceptional customer service skills both over the phone and online
Flexible when it comes to new assignments and special projects
