Daritech is seeking to fulfill a full time bookkeeping/accounting position.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly sales reports
- Prepare departmentalized income/expense spreadsheets
- Process payments (checks/ACH/wires)
- Reconcile accounts payable statements
- Monthly review of accounts receivable statements
- Assist in inventory price changes
- Assist in sales & use tax returns
- Payroll processing
- Labor tracking
- Assist in human resources
- Other duties assigned by management
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Team player
