Summer Intern – Global Sales & Marketing

Scope of PositionSupports content marketing, online presence, and customer events. Responsible for maintaining an effective intranet by coordinating weekly articles and ensuring updated information is present on sales and marketing pages for all employees. Oversees marketing and information requests and disseminates tasks accordingly. Also assists with organizing customer meetings, ensuring an active presence on social media outlets, and the company store. Supports the global sales organization through the management and use of our Sales Enablement tools, internal resources, and project management tools.Core Responsibilities:Write and create content for marketing initiativesManage external website for Expeditors and subsidiariesSupport maintenance of intranet siteWork with regional teams to support customer eventsSupport the management of our Sales Enablement toolsSupport the management of our internal resources and project management toolsSupport any team projects as neededIdentify opportunities for process improvement/new solutions
