Job Title: Software Dev Engineer IIJob DescriptionThe team is looking for a Software Development Engineer who will act as first-level support and development. Your solutions will impact our customers directly! Primary responsibilities include developing monitoring solutions, troubleshooting/debugging, and implementing fixes for internally developed code. You will perform SQL queries, improve our systems that gather metrics on our features, and address technical challenges. Additionally, you will work alongside development teams to update/enhance our current software, automate support processes, and document our systems.Responsibilities

Essential Skills
Proficiency in Perl, C/C, and/or another programming language
2-5 years of relevant experience in software development
Strong knowledge of ReactJS
Expertise in System Design, Data Structures, and Algorithms
Expert with AWS Tech Stack
Proficient in Linux, Oracle, UNIX
Additional Skills & Qualifications
A Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
Detail-oriented with superior verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Knowledge of Mason, Perl CGI, and other technical skills
